Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union is a community-based banking institution that provides a wide range of financial services to individuals who live or work in Alaska and Hawaii.
MVFCU is a not-for-profit financial cooperative, owned and controlled by our members.
As a member you’re also a shareholder in the credit union. That means you have a voice in shaping the future of MVFCU. Active members have a voting right for our Board of Directors who are volunteers elected from the community.
As a member-owned cooperative we are responsive to our members' needs. We provide a complete range of financial services that offer convenience and flexibility. Since we are a not-for-profit organization, we can offer lower rates on loans and better rates on savings, which means our members save money.
