Disaster Relief: Rebuilding, Stronger than Before We are privileged to serve alongside numerous Valley agencies as a member1 of Mat-Su COAD (Community Organizations Active in Disaster). COAD brings together agencies that want to assist during emergencies, providing coordination, collaboration and pooling resources to meet survivors' needs. November 30, 2018 Earthquake Update The Mat-Su COAD Unmet Needs committee continues to assist those still recovering from the earthquake Efforts will continue through the winter.
