Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District National School Breakfast & Lunch Program The Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District is pleased to announce its policy of providing free and reduced price meals to eligible children under the National School Lunch Program, After School Snacks, School Breakfast Program. Students who are migrant, homeless, or runaways are automatically eligible and do not need to fill out an application. Foster children receive free meals regardless of the income of the household with which they reside.
