A public hearing will be held on the following items, please see below for instructions for calling into the meeting to provide testimony: OR 20-046: An Ordinance Repealing The Manager Plan Of Government And Submitting The Proposal To The Qualified Voters At The November 3, 2020, Regular Borough Election. and others.
