Public Meeting Notice Eklutna Hydroelectric Project Chugach Electric Association, Matanuska Electric Association, and the Municipality of Anchorage, are joint owners of the Eklutna Hydroelectric Project (Project Owners). The Project Owners will hold a series of meetings to present their proposed Draft Fish and Wildlife Program for the Eklutna Project. Each meeting will kick-off with a brief presentation about the Draft Fish and Wildlife Program. The technical team, which includes scientists and engineers, will be available to answer questions about studies and engineering designs. The Project Owners will accept written public comments on the Draft Fish and Wildlife Program, Summary of Study Results, and comments and recommendations of U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Marine Fisheries Service, and the State Resource Management Agencies.
